About Dr. Arash Rahi

Completing his internship and residency at the Pennsylvania Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, Dr. Arash Rahi?s exceptional work in the obstetrics and gynecology department was recognized with an Ambulatory Gynecology Award. Today, Dr. Arash Rahi works as an Attending Physician at the Westchester Medical Center, a hospital located in Vahalla, New York, where he serves as an obstetrician and urogynecologist. Concurrently, Dr. Arash Rahi holds a fellowship in female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery at New York University, where he is an award-winning teacher of residents, interns, and medical students.

Previously, Dr. Arash Rahi worked for Berlitz International, Inc. as a Translator, taking advantage of the fact that he speaks fluent English, French, and Persian. While working toward his medical degree, Dr. Arash Rahi worked at The Princeton Review, instructing students in physics and organic chemistry.

Dr. Arash Rahi possesses a Bachelor of Arts from New York University, where he studied French, mathematics, and biochemistry; he later went on to earn his Doctor of Medicine at the NYU School of Medicine. As an undergraduate, Dr. Arash Rahi had the chance to enroll in the Study Abroad Program at the Universite Paris 1 Pantheon-Sorbonne. More recently, Dr. Arash Rahi received a K30 Clinical Research Curriculum Award (CRCA) from the National Institute of Health. The award enabled Dr. Arash Rahi to finish work on a Master of Science in Clinical Research and Translational Medicine, which he received at NYU in 2010
